The talented woman in modern industry award will be held for the fourth time

Applications are now being accepted for participation in the international Prize “Talented Woman in Modern Industry”.

The international award is held to promote professionals who have made a significant contribution to the development of mining, metallurgy, petrochemical, manufacturing and other related industries, are an example for colleagues, and are active in social and charitable activities.

This year, the Award, established by the WIM Association, is being held for the fourth time. And today, we can confidently say that every year the interest of the professional community in the development of women's leadership positions is growing, employees of traditional industries are striving to gain recognition for their achievements, and industrial companies are increasingly supporting professional projects.

In connection with this, the WIM association decided to change the name of the Award to “Talented Woman in Modern Industry” in order to provide the opportunity for as many participants from industrial companies as possible to take part in the competition.

Applications for participation in the international Award "Talented Woman in Modern Industry" are accepted until June 30, 2024. You can submit an application for participation in the Award for a colleague, manager, talented employee, or declare yourself by choosing one of ten nominations: "Leader of the Future", "Innovator of the Year", "Breakthrough of the Year", "Social/Volunteer Project of the Year", "Inspired by Production", "Inspiring Leader", "Mentor of the Year", "Ecologist of the Year", "Intracomm of the Year", "Golden Idea of ​​the Year".

In September 2024, the finalists of the Talented Woman in Modern Industry Award will be announced and will receive an official invitation from the Award organizers to the award ceremony, which will take place in Moscow in October.
