At the MiningWorld Russia 2025 exhibition, Politrans is presenting the TS 12 transport system for transporting hydraulic quarry excavators weighing up to 120 tons.
The principle of operation of such systems is simple. The excavator drives its tracks onto the bogies of the transport system, then places the bucket in the body. After this, the excavator lifts the front part of the tracks by turning the boom. The coupling is ready for movement. The entire procedure is carried out by equipment in the basic configuration.
Politrans transport systems are used at the sites of the gold mining company YUGK and the diamond mining company Alrosa. During operation, these companies have confirmed the effectiveness of the systems in terms of accelerating transportation and saving consumables during repairs.
