NPO Akonit Will Demonstrate A Unified Conveyor.
At the exhibition, the company will present updated equipment – a conveyor with standardized units.
This is the result of the implementation of a project that has been developed at NPO Akonit since 2020. Its goal is to reduce the number of variations in components and technical solutions and thus bring the conveyor to uniformity.
The company's specialists analyzed the completed orders, structured and optimized the equipment, and the result was a base that includes the main assembly units - drive stations, end stations, tension stations, as well as the main sections of the linear frame. They are already assembled into a ready-made module, and conveyors are formed from these modules.

This approach reduces the time for equipment design, since all the drawings are developed, calculated, and all that remains is to assemble the conveyor from these modules like a constructor. The basis of unified units are standardized solutions tested on many projects, and therefore they are reliable and ensure the quality of the equipment.
In general, unified equipment requires less time for production, it is easier to deliver and assemble, because unification is carried out according to several parameters, including technology, reliability, logistics, quality, etc.
