MZ POTOK Will Present Industrial Pumps At The Exhibition, The Production Of Which Began In 2025.

These are ZVEZDA RUS pumps C6-725/110, C6-815/155 and C6-965/195, which are characterized by increased flow rate and high pressure for single-stage pumps. The pumps can be used for pumping both clean and contaminated water.
Pumps C6-725/110 and C6-815/155 are analogs of American pumps Pioneer SC86C17 and SC86C21, pump C6-965/195 is an analog of the Cornell 6822MX pump. As practice shows, pumps with such characteristics are in high demand, including in the mining industry. Thus, over the past three years, MZ POTOK has manufactured 43 pumping stations with analogs of these Chinese-made pumps.

All these pumps have a 6-inch discharge branch and an 8-inch suction branch. The increased size of the suction branch relative to the discharge branch contributes to lower values of the cavitation reserve, which is beneficial for increasing the permissible suction height. The diameters of the impellers are from 437 mm to 559 mm - the larger the diameter, the greater the flow/pressure values the pump can provide.
Pumps ZVEZDA RUS C6-815/155 and C6-725/11 belong to the category "for clean water", but have an acceptable size of inclusions up to 20-28 mm, respectively, which allows them to be used in the mining industry for pumping underground and surface water from quarries, in circulating water supply, etc. When pumping water from quarries, pits, there is no task to collect sediment and the water intake can be arranged floating, including from improvised materials, therefore these pumps are suitable for these purposes.
The C6-965/195 pump is a universal pump with a larger permissible inclusion size of 51 mm and can pump out more polluted water. The maximum speed of these pumps is up to 1800-1900 rpm. They can be used in both diesel and electric pumping stations. MZ POTOK produces pumping stations with diesel engines of Chinese and South Korean manufacture. Depending on the operating point, the C6-725/110 pump is aggregated with diesel engines with a capacity of 170-270 kW, electric engines from 55 kW. The C6-815/155 and C6-965/195 pumps are aggregated with diesel engines with a capacity of 307-670 kW, electric engines from 200 kW.
All electric pumping stations are manufactured with a variable frequency drive (VFD), which allows for a wider range of pump characteristics. For comfortable operation in harsh climate conditions, pumping equipment can be installed in insulated containers. Pumping stations are equipped with automation that ensures their safe operation. Remote control of the station can also be provided.
