MiningWorld Russia 2026 exhibition has concluded
In 2026, the MiningWorld Russia exhibition is traditionally located in Pavilion 1 of the Crocus Expo IEC on 30 thousand square meters of area. Equipment and services for the mining industry were presented by 515 companies, 49% of which were manufacturers and suppliers from Russia.
Today, one event was held as part of the business program.
Conference "Digital Technologies and Automation of Drilling and Blasting"
On the final day, the Forum Hall hosted the conference "Digital Technologies and Automation of Blasting", dedicated to modern solutions in the field of design, management and improving the efficiency of drilling and blasting operations. The session was moderated by Grigory Fedotov.
The report "GEOMIX 2.0 BVR Corporate Computer-Aided Design and Quality Management System BVR" was made by Alexander Sarenkov, Development Director of GEOMIX LLC. He presented approaches to the creation of a corporate system for automating the design and quality control of drilling and blasting operations.
Alexey Kumaksin, Leading Specialist of the Geological Survey of Lebedinsky GOK, presented the report "Experience of using the Camber module of GIS GEOMIX in the conditions/on the example of Lebedinsky GOK", where he considered the practical experience of using digital tools in production conditions.
The topic of digitalization was continued by Andrey Nekrasov, Director for Prospective Development of SPETSVMTECH, with the report "Electronic Detonators and Digitalization of Blasting", in which he touched upon the use of modern technological solutions in drilling and blasting operations.
Egor Monakov, Senior Consulting Engineer at Kept, made a presentation "Assessment of blasting processes: a matrix of impact on the economics of the project", presenting an approach to assessing the impact of blasting processes on the economic performance of projects.
Mikhail Kolotenko, Head of Key Account Relations at EVOBLAST, presented the topic "Improving the efficiency of drilling and blasting operations", focusing on tools and approaches to process optimization.
The report "EvoVision.Shovel - control of particle size distribution in the face with high-precision positioning as a tool to improve the efficiency of blasting" was presented by Mikhail Makeev, Managing Director of PSI Piklema, Piklema. He spoke about the use of digital solutions for monitoring rock mass parameters.
The session ended with the report "Digitalization of end-to-end production processes of mining and processing plants on the example of geometallurgy", in which he considered the integration of digital technologies into the production chains of mining and processing plants.
The conference brought together practical cases and technological solutions, demonstrating current approaches to the digitalization of drilling and blasting operations and improving the efficiency of production processes in the industry.
