At the exhibition, HAIHUA INDUSTRY GROUP presented solutions due to the challenges faced by the Russian manufacturing sector in a period of global transformation. The emphasis is on engineering services and complex projects for the modernization of industrial facilities.

"Now the picture in the industry as a whole is heterogeneous. Ferrous metallurgy has noticeably slowed down, while the extraction of rare earth metals and gold, on the contrary, is gaining momentum. Russia is gradually strengthening its position as a supplier of raw materials for new technological chains, primarily focused on Asian markets. Many subsoil users are returning to geological exploration, reassessing old fields and launching projects that until recently seemed impractical. In this reality, those who are ready for a flexible long-term partnership, and not for one-time deals, win," says Victor Eichman, Deputy Director for Sales and Marketing of HAIHUA INDUSTRY GROUP.

Another trend that the company notes is the development and implementation of environmental solutions. We are talking about projects related to the reduction of emissions into the atmosphere, the disposal and purification of waste gases, as well as the introduction of modern filtration systems, including electrostatic precipitators. In China, such technologies have already become an industry standard, while in the Russian market this process is only gaining momentum. HAIHUA sees significant potential in this and plans to actively develop this area. Among the latest implemented projects of HAIHUA INDUSTRY GROUP is an environmental project for a metallurgical enterprise in the Chelyabinsk region, which provides for a system for the regeneration of emissions and exhaust gas purification, aimed at reducing the environmental burden and increasing production efficiency.

One of the main requests from enterprises remains the simultaneous reduction of costs and increase in efficiency. According to Viktor Eichmann, it is becoming increasingly difficult to combine these tasks without a strong technological partner. In response, HAIHUA is developing solutions related to the modernization of production, reduction of processing and beneficiation times, as well as bringing technological circuits in line with current and future requirements.

This is especially true for the metallurgical industry - enterprises working with rare earth metals and gold.

The company made a special emphasis on digital tools at the exhibition. In particular, we are talking about real-time equipment monitoring systems, predictive analytics of vibration and wear, as well as automated verification of the compliance of technical solutions with customer requirements. HAIHUA is confident that such technologies will improve the reliability of equipment and reduce operational risks.

In the medium term, the corporation intends to expand its presence in the Russian market, deepen work with existing customers and build up competencies in complex engineering projects. Among the priorities in HAIHUA are areas related to the extraction of rare earth metals and gold.
